Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

IMPORTANT: As of 5/11/23, packages will be shipped on Mondays. This will reduce the amount of time that the candles are in transit or in warehouses, which reduces the chances that the candle will be exposed to excess heat. We check the weather forecast for every package that we ship, if the shipping location is expected to be particularly hot, we may ship your package with extra insulation and/or an ice pack.


You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We offer free delivery for purchases over $180 within the Portland area! If you are within our delivery radius you will see the local delivery option when you got to checkout.

If we anticipate that high volume, supply chain issues, or other extenuating circumstances may affect processing or shipping times we will do our best to include this information on our website.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer $4.99 flat rate shipping for orders up to $49.99 to all United States locations.

Delivery times vary based on the distance the package needs to travel, potential periods of high volume for our business, and USPS shipping delays that are outside of our control. 

We will do our best to update our website to inform customers of potential delays in processing or shipping.

International Shipping

We hope to expand to more jurisdictions as soon as we can! However at this time we only ship to customers in the United States.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Once received, we will refund the price of the product minus shipping costs to your original method of payment.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
